If you've heard that Saipan entered the World Guinness Book of Records on grounds of its weather, you haven't heard nothing false. Saipan is the only place in the world where the temperature goes around 27 *C all year-round. The humidity tends to be a bit high, buyt the sea and the fresh breeze will help you overcome this drawback. Rain is variable depending on the month: from July to October heavy rain, from December to May less rain.
